[00:00.10]The Dentist Appointment|[00:02.80] My dentist called my house the other day.|[00:04.91] He told me I needed my teeth cleaned.|[00:07.47] I set up an appointment to see him|[00:10.08] on Saturday, June l0th.|[00:12.19] When I got to my dentist's office,|[00:15.06] I had to sit in the waiting room.|[00:17.42] There were other people ahead of me.|[00:19.60] They finally called my name.|[00:21.59] I went into his room and sat down|[00:24.39] on a big blue chair.|[00:26.57] They leaned it back.|[00:28.30] A bright light was turned on. It hurt my eyes,|[00:32.72] so I closed them.|[00:34.22] My dentist asked me to open my mouth.|[00:37.32] I did.|[00:38.26] I thought my mouth was very big,|[00:40.81] but he told me to open it even wider!|[00:43.73] Soon he began poking around to see|[00:47.40] if I had any cavities.|[00:49.15] He flossed my teeth and put|[00:51.38] fluoride around my teeth too.|[00:53.75] The fluoride tasted like bubble gum.|[00:56.73] I had to spit into a dish-like bowl.|[01:00.53] It squirted out water.|[01:02.46] My dentist kept asking me questions.|[01:05.01] I couldn't answer because there were|[01:07.93] weird tools in my mouth!|[01:09.92] When I tried answering back,|[01:11.85] he seemed to understand though.|[01:13.59] His helper came into the room.|[01:16.21] She asked me to open my mouth again.|[01:18.88] I had to clamp down on something|[01:21.49] that felt like rubber.|[01:23.05] She put a big camera-type machine|[01:25.47] right next to my cheek.|[01:27.40] She did this on the other side of my face as well.|[01:30.58] They took two pictures of my teeth.|[01:33.06] It was really cool.|[01:34.81] The dentist told me my teeth were perfect!|[01:37.79] I didn't have any problems.|[01:39.53] I could go home.|[01:40.78] "See you next year," he said.
