[00:00.10]Stars in the Midnight Sky|[00:03.30] "Twinkle, twinkle, little star,|[00:05.79] how I wonder what you are;|[00:07.72] up above the world so high,|[00:09.84] like a diamond in the sky,|[00:11.95] twinkle, twinkle little star."|[00:14.00] This is a little poem/song I always say|[00:16.68] when I am outside, and I see the stars.|[00:18.98] When I see the first star of the night,|[00:20.97] I sometimes say this one:|[00:22.34] "Star light, star bright,|[00:24.45] first star I see tonight;|[00:26.26] I wish I may; I wish I might,|[00:28.51] have the wish I wish tonight."|[00:31.13] Do you have a special thing to say about the stars?|[00:33.68] Stars are beautiful bright spots in the sky.|[00:36.54] Stars are usually seen at night when it is dark.|[00:39.59] We can't see them in the day time|[00:41.76] because the sun is so bright, the brightest star of all.|[00:44.38] I like staying up late just to look at the stars.|[00:47.24] One time I was outside at midnight,|[00:49.67] and the stars seemed to sparkle and dance.|[00:52.15] They really did look like diamonds dancing in the sky!|[00:55.08] If you watch the stars long enough,|[00:57.57] you may see a falling star or a shooting star.|[01:00.11] I have seen both.|[01:01.42] A falling star is where the star just seems to drop,|[01:04.59] and it leaves a trail of what appears like star dust.|[01:07.52] A shooting star is very beautiful.|[01:10.07] It "shoots" across the sky leaving a long trail|[01:12.68] of colourful "star dust."|[01:14.30] Shooting stars seem to brighten up the whole sky.|[01:17.47] They usually seem quite close to the earth.|[01:19.77] Have you ever watched the stars|[01:21.83] and got the urge to reach out and touch them,|[01:23.57] or even to join them in their secret dance?|[01:26.62] I wonder what it would be like to see a star up close.|[01:29.91] Would it look like the moon?|[01:31.34] Maybe one day when I am older, I will go up in a rocket ship|[01:34.51] and visit the dancing stars in the midnight sky!
