[00:00.10]Health|[00:01.74] Our health is very important to us.|[00:04.16] People can have good jobs, money or good looks.|[00:07.88] However, if they become sick,|[00:10.25] those things don't mean a thing.|[00:12.43] It is wonderful to feel good.|[00:14.67] Feeling good isn't just about our body.|[00:17.84] It is also about our mind and spirit.|[00:20.95] We need to feel good in every area of our life.|[00:24.43] One of the things we can do to be healthy|[00:27.29] is to get enough sleep.|[00:29.41] If we don't sleep well, or enough, it hurts our body.|[00:33.76] It is during sleep that our body restores itself.|[00:37.25] Everybody knows we should also eat good foods.|[00:41.04] We need milk products, meats, fruits and vegetables|[00:45.46] and breads and cereals.|[00:47.20] We shouldn't eat too much fat or sugar things either.|[00:50.50] Of course, we just shouldn't eat too much at all!|[00:53.61] Another thing that is very important is water.|[00:57.03] Most people know our bodies are mainly water,|[01:00.57] and we need to keep that replaced with good water--often!|[01:04.43] Exercise is very good for both our body and mind.|[01:08.84] It is good for our heart, lungs, muscles and bones.|[01:12.70] It gets oxygen to our brain to help us think better.|[01:16.81] It can help us be smarter!|[01:18.73] Doing things that we believe are right|[01:21.50] and good gives us peace inside.|[01:23.30] It makes us be nicer people and is good for our spirit.|[01:27.03] When we do what we know is right,|[01:29.27] it helps to reduce stress,|[01:31.39] which isn't good for any part of us.|[01:33.81] When we take care of our body, mind, and spirit,|[01:37.05] we feel good all over and inside, too!|[01:40.35] What a beautiful world this would be|[01:42.77] if we could all work at doing these things for ourselves|[01:45.63] and also trying to be a help to others!
