[00:00.52]Reading the Newspaper|[00:02.70] I often enjoy reading the newspaper.|[00:05.99] In my city, there are three different newspapers,|[00:08.67] and I look at different newspapers on different days.|[00:12.03] I find that each section of a newspaper|[00:14.14] has some interesting information.|[00:16.07] Most newspapers contain several sections|[00:19.06] that can be easily removed|[00:20.55] from the rest of the newspaper.|[00:22.29] The main section is found at the front of the newspaper.|[00:25.09] This section usually contains the most important news|[00:28.39] from around the world, from around the nation,|[00:31.00] and from the local area.|[00:32.99] Sometimes the main section also includes some pages|[00:36.41] that contain opinions about the news.|[00:38.53] The editors of the newspaper write an editorial opinion.|[00:42.01] Other writers provide many different opinions|[00:44.50] about current events.|[00:45.93] Also, some readers of the newspaper|[00:48.30] write letters to the editor,|[00:49.60] in which they express their opinions.|[00:51.72] Another popular section of the newspaper|[00:54.20] is the sports section.|[00:55.82] This section contains information|[00:57.75] about many different sports events.|[00:59.87] The sports section provides scores|[01:02.04] and results from many games and competitions.|[01:04.97] Another section of the newspaper contains information|[01:07.77] about entertainment and the arts.|[01:09.82] The arts and entertainment section tells readers|[01:12.62] about new movies and plays.|[01:14.67] It also describes new books,|[01:16.54] music concerts, and art exhibits.|[01:18.71] Most newspapers also have a business section.|[01:21.64] This section provides information|[01:23.69] about new business deals, and about the stock market.|[01:26.55] Many people read the business section of the newspaper|[01:29.29] to gain information and advice about investing their money.|[01:32.65] Finally, newspapers usually have a section|[01:35.39] for classified advertisements.|[01:37.50] This section allows people to advertise about things|[01:40.67] that they want to buy or sell.|[01:42.48] It also gives notices about job openings.|[01:45.03] Reading the newspaper is surely a good way|[01:47.70] to keep informed about many different events|[01:49.90] in the world around us.
